However, each week I am less and less impressed with what I see on the Idol stage. I'm certain she is a GREAT GREAT singer, but I am not hearing or seeing what I did in the beginning. The great voice is in there, and it comes and goes in each of her performances- maybe it's the song choices, I just don't hear the connection between her voice and the music anymore. I will admit to having difficulty listening to her speak and will also admit to having flash backs to the Jim Nabors days when you were just happy when he sang instead of "tawked". I see this girl moving on each week so far and I'm happy for her, but she just doesn't bring the goosebumps, chills thing for me and even though she's a strong possibility for the top 6, when push comes to shove and the voting really gets tougher and tougher, I'm not seeing me dialing her number, I just can't put a finger on it but she's not zinging me at all.
