He never lived up to the "Crazy Love" voice (probably due to nerves) during his performances in the finals but his personality and "It factor" made him interesting to watch and the potential for a very good singer was always there. I think he is a great performer and he should have stayed in the competition longer than he did. My favorite performance by JPL was "Drift Away." He sang that song so good.
