I also happen to love Carrie because I love country music...she could easily become the next Martina McBride. She is also a very down-to-earth person and is a very good role model to young teenage girls. She is also the most successful Idol winner aside from Kelly Clarkson. Even though her personality and stage prescence were a little awkward, I still think she is amazing because of her voice and the way she presents herself. I don't really like country, but i do know that she should be placed much higher in her season rankings and total rankings. I have listened to a few more of her performances and i have come to like her A LOT MORE within the past few months. And her voice really is quite impressive.. just there are better people than her, but i do think she should've won, even though i prefer Vonzell, i don't see vonzell as an AI winner. Although she is the best, she has flaws, as everyone does. Her voice range is nearly flawless, but the thing Carrie can't seem to pull off is the ability to hit very low notes, but she hits the high notes with a breeze. Her voice control, still great, but again, when hitting the low notes, her voice seems to slighly crack, but still, pulls it off superbly. Okay, so, Carrie doesn't have a huge amount of stage presence. When she preforms, it makes me rejoice, and happy. Although she makes me rejoiceful, to those that don't favor her, I can see how she seems boring to them, but not to me! Same for her pazzaz flair and energy to her emotions whil preforming. Carrie makes it her own. The song might not be hers, but she has her won little way of revising it slighly, and fitting her perfectly. Carrie is extemely likable, over all.
