Not only is he extremely talented but he has heart, dedication and so much charisma! I felt so inspired by all he has done in such a short life time. First of all he came to the U.S. only ten years ago not knowing how to speak a word of English but he has mastered the language. He overcame very serious health issues as a child, so serious that he was not expected to speak again. He truly is a miracle in that he overcame those obstacles and was able to speak as well as sing with that glorious voice of his! And he accomplished what so few have so far: placed #4 out of 100,000 on American Idol! I feel Anthony will have a wonderful career ahead of him and I look forward to enjoying more of his music. I have never been touched by a male singer the way I have been touched by Anthony. He does have occional pitch problems that he should work on but I'm sure that will improve with time... or it could have been nerves. Anthony seemed to get more comfortable onstage as the competition progressed, leading me to believe his occional pitch problems were due to nerves. Not to mention he was the youngest in the top 5 and had little musical experience before that. He went through an operation when he was younger that should have left him mute, yet he has one of the highest vocal ranges in the top 12. What a sad departure for him from the show, but with that voice, he will make it big with or without American Idol.
